Community Herbalist
This practice operates within Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, whose relationship with this land remains unbroken.
I am a community herbalist, and a queer, neurodivergent dreamer. I am a dancing monk and a plant-lover seeking the sacred in the mundane and tending the wild edges of our world.

I am a trauma-informed educator and herbalism advocate. Community herbalism prioritizes accessibility and mutual aid over clinical distance. I do not believe anyone should be denied access to education, medicine, or community due to lack of financial resources. I strive to focus on community work to fill the void established by luxury wellness spas and clinical practitioners.

For me, herbalism isn’t just about supporting recovery from illness; it’s about reclaiming our collective and individual sovereignty and ensuring that the tools for survival and comfort are held by the hands of the community. Together we reclaim wellness as a collective birthright. Together we thrive.
